ירושלים (Jerusalem) │ Shira Chadasha Boys Choir

In this very special edition of Angel Watchers I am featuring the Shira Chadasha Boys Choir, from Israel.  When I heard them sing " ירושלים (Jerusalem)" for the first time, I wept for hours afterwards.  The text is taken from Psalm 125, and the words are haunting and beautiful.  Here are the lyrics:

 ירושלים (Jerusalem)

Haboitchim b’hashem kehar tzion,
lo yimot le’olam yeshev.
Yerusalayim harim saviv lah
ve’hashem saviv le’amo

Those who have faith in G-D are like Mount Zion
which never sways but remains forever.
Yerusalayim, her mountains surround her
so to, G-D surrounds his people
.

The Shira Chadasha Boys Choir has a terrific web-site that can be found at this link: Shira Chadasha Boys Choir - Official Web-Site  It has a lot of cool downloads and information.  Safe journeys to all the fans of Angel Watchers, wherever you may be.
